ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners. 2.The revision petitioners are the defendants in O.S.No.300 of 2016 on the file of Additional Sub Court, Srivilliputhur. They seek speedy disposal of the petition mentioned suit. It is a suit for partition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that when the case was posted for cross examination of P.W.1, the suit was allowed to be dismissed for default. It has now been restored. The revision petitioners alleged that the matter is being unnecessarily dragged on. 4.Taking in to the over all facts and circumstances of this case, I direct the learned trial Judge to dispose of the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
