This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to sanction the old age pension within a time as stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions would submit that in proceedings Ni.Mu.No.5121/2019, dated 16.10.2019, the petitioner is granted old age pension to the tune of Rs.1,000/- per month vide IGNOAPS scheme No.43870 from October 2019.

3.The said proceedings of the Special Tahsildar, (Social Protection Scheme), Thirupparankundram is taken on file and it shall form part of the records.
