ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take necessary action against the respondents 2 and 3, based on the complaint No.272 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has produced the Resolution No.111 of 2022, dated 04.05.2022 and submitted that after due deliberation and on perusal of the complaint as well as the reply filed by the respondent Advocates, the first respondent found that there is a property dispute between both the parties and the complainant / petitioner has not made any prima facie case against the respondents 2 and 3 for referring the same to the disciplinary committee and concluded that the action on the complaint of the petitioner may be dropped. Thus, he submitted that the prayer of the petitioner is met with by the first respondent. 2/4

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is so advised. No costs.
