ORDER
The revision petitioner is the sole accused in STC No.30 of 2012 on the file of the Fast Track Court (Judicial Magistrate) Palani filed by the respondent herein for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The petitioner was convicted and sentenced. The same was also confirmed in appeal. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed this criminal revision case.
2.During the pendency of the revision case, the issue has been amicably resolved. The counsel on either side categorically states that the respondent has accepted the payment from the petitioner herein towards full and final settlement. Since the parties have compounded the matter out of court, the judgments of the courts below are set aside. This criminal revision case is allowed as per the terms of the compromise. The compromise memo shall form part of this order.
