ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 2nd Respondent to disconnect the electricity connection in EB.No.1994 effected to a shed put up in petitioner's land comprised in Survey Number 50/1B."

2. The 2nd respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating as follows :

"I respectfully submit that, necessary estimate prepared on Deposit contribution works to remove pole, line materials and to disconnect the service connection 185-007-1994(TF-IA) and all the above materials including Service connection 185-007-1994 were permanently disconnected on 07.11.2020 after receipt of payment from the 3rd respondent."

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
