ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take departmental action against the third respondent, on the basis of the complaint dated 12.09.2019, given by the petitioner, for registering the Marriage Registration Certificate Sl.No.124/2018, dated 18.06.2018 without following due procedure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.21226 of 2019 contemplated under Registration Act, within the time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 21.10.2019, the third respondent has cancelled the Marriage Registration Certificate and the said cancellation order is produced before the Registry.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
