O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari to dispose of S.C.No.37 of 2020. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant that in respect of the incident that happened on 06.03.2019, a case has been registered originally under Section 174 Cr.P.C., which was later altered as Section 302 IPC and charge sheet was filed and the same was also taken on file as SC.No.37 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the prosecution is ready to submit all the 29 witnesses as directed by the trial Court. 4.Considering the submissions made by both side, this Petition is disposed of directing the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari to 2/4

fix the trial schedule in S.C.No.37 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, not later than 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
