PRAYER : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue the legal heir certificate of the deceased Ramasamy Chettiar died on 02.12.2011 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025 and 09.06.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue a legal heir certificate of the deceased Ramasamy Chettiar died on 02.12.2011 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025 and 09.06.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025 and 09.06.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
