ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Veerakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order:- 1/3
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner through his counsel undertakes to surrender before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR Court), Sivagangai, on 02.12.2021. The petitioner also undertakes to comply with the requirements set out in Section 15(A) of the SC/ST Act. The petitioner undertakes to intimate the defacto complainant well in advance about his proposal to surrender. The second respondent is directed to intimate the third respondent about the proposal of the petitioner to surrender on 02.12.2021.
3. This criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
