Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and restrain them from interfering in the Civil dispute with regard to the property in S.No.790/1A and 2A at Azhagiapandiyapuram Village, Tirunelveli District and consequently direct the 1st respondent to initiate enquiry and appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and restrain them from interfering in the Civil dispute with regard to the property in S.No.790/1A and 2A at Azhagiapandiyapuram Village, Tirunelveli District and consequently direct the 1st respondent to initiate enquiry and appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this Writ Petition, the second respondent has filed a case in Crime No.375 of 2022 on basis of the complaint made by the petitioner, hence, the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no further order required to be passed in this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
