2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, a case has been registered for the offences under Sections 279, 304 (A) and 338 of I.P.C. and the same is pending for trial, therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent Police are prepared to produce the witnesses as directed by the Court and cooperate with the earlier completion of investigation.

4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, to expedite the enquiry / trial in this case and dispose of C.C.No.56 of 2022 as quickly as possible not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
