ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner as Trustee of the second respondent Temple who belongs to Gounder Community of Paraivalasu Village as per the Scheme framed in O.A.No.17 of 1986 dated 09.02.1987 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2023.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merit of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2023 on merits and in accordance to law and also in the light of scheme framed in O.A.No.17 of 1986 dated 09.02.1987. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
