ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that there existed landlord and tenant dispute between the petitioner and one Ramajeyam and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.199 of 2024 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed directing the parties to approach the competent civil Court to redress their grievances.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
