O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of a complaint allegedly given by respondent No.4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the complaint filed by respondent No.4 is received by third respondent on 10.03.2023 as a current paper and basing on that the enquiry has been initiated and it is still pending. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) requested short time to complete the enquiry.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, the respondent Police are directed to complete the enquiry in respect of the complaint given by the fourth respondent dated 10.03.2023, as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
