This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the Contemnor/2nd Respondent for his disobedience and failure to comply this Hon'ble Court order dated 04.04.2022 passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6152 of 2018. 1/3

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that charge sheet is not filed in the First Information Report in Crime No.107 of 2016 dated 17.02.2016.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation had been completed and final report has been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Town Police Station, Madurai District is directed to inform the case number herein to the Petitioner herein.
