ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to give separate Patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the Patta has already been transferred in the name of the petitioner and the proceedings, dated 11.04.2022, was also placed before this Court.
