The instant writ petition has been filed by the Management of an Aided non-minority Institution seeking a Mandamus as against the second and third respondents to approve the appointment of one Mr.A.Senthilnathan as Headmaster of Therku Theru Hindu Nadar Higher Secondary School, located at Mugavoor, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the said Senthilnathan was promoted as Headmaster of the said School on 19.07.2024. The Management has sent the promotion order for the approval of the authorities on 19.07.2024. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents pointed out that another teacher working in the said School had filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.18545 of 2024 for a direction to consider his representation for being promoted as a Headmaster of that School. By way of order dated 02.08.2024, this Court had directed the authorities to consider the representation of the said P.Murugesan. By way of order dated 10.10.2024, the second respondent herein has rejected the representation of the writ petitioner.
4.In view of the above said facts, a direction is issued to the second and third respondents to consider the proposal of the petitioner Management and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
