Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is employed in the respondent transport Corporation. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition mentioned amount from his contribution to provident fund account. The purpose is performance of marriage of his daughter.
3. The respondent Management is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount eligible as per the relevant rules. This shall be done immediately and without any delay.
4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
