Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.323 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent. The allegation of the petitioner is that the petition mentioned lorry which belongs to him has been stolen by a couple.

3. His apprehension is that without taking any further steps the First Information Report itself may be closed, I direct the second respondent to take appropriate steps to secure the lorry. Under no circumstances, the First Information Report will be closed without securing the petition mentioned lorry and producing it before the jurisdictional Court.
