ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed as against the Judgment dated 14.06.2016 made in Crl.A.No.49 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, confirming the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2459 of 2015 in D.V.O.P.No.6 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul.
2. It is submitted by Mr.Deepak, learned counsel for the revision petitioner/husband and Mr.Sarvaganprabhu, learned counsel for the respondent/wife that pending this revision, the dispute was amicably solved between the parties before the trial Court and the proceeding initiated under the Domestic Violence Act has also been closed. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submissions made on either side that the dispute between the parties has been solved amicably before the trial Court and the proceeding initiated under the Domestic Violence Act has been closed, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
