ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9(B)(1)(a) of Indian Explosives Act, 1/3

in Cr.No.81 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is indulging in manufacture of crackers without license and considering the fact that the petitioner has got six previous cases, out of which, four are similar in nature and when earlier anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner will not involve in similar activities and when the petitioner is repeating the same activities manufacturing crackers without license, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
