2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.1596 of 2017, dated 14.02.2018 in S.T.C.No.841 of 2009, has been disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.1, Ramanathapuram on 21.02.2019 and hence, the petition become infructuous.
