The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.73 of 2020 in S.C.No.171 of 2019 dated 12.07.2023 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court/Subordinate Court, Padmanabapuram dismissing the discharge petition filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands 2/4

dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
