Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to survey and lay the boundary stones on the petitioner's property in Survey No.293/7 situated at Vengalakurichi Village, Mudhukulathur Taluk, Ramanad District based on the schedule mentioned in the sale deed dated 19.06.1963 vide Document No.1501 of 1963 and consequently to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to provide necessary police protection during the time of survey of the above said property.
