Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings NIL dated 15.11.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to grant permission for conducting "Sri Valli Thirumana Nadagam" on 24.11.2021 at 10.00 p.m. in connection with Kumbabisega festival of Sri Manthai Karuppana Swami temple and Arulmighu Bama Rukmani Sametha Sri Gopalakrishnan Alayam which is situated at Kattasolaipatti Village, Vellalur, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.
