The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2021 from the file of Principal Sub Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District to the file of Family Court, Viluppuram, Viluppuram District. The Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though the notice served on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, no one has appeared either in person or through counsel.

Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.61 of 2021 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Viluppuram, Viluppuram District, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Principal Sub Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Viluppuram, Viluppuram District forthwith. No costs.
