The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to forbear from any manner preventing the writ petitioner from attending her duty as Secondary Grade Teacher in the second respondent School and to treat the period from 19.10.2015 as duty.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel on either side that the writ petitioner was already removed from service on 20.04.2016.

3. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner was already removed from service, the relief sought for in the present writ petition deserves no merit consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
