ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) and 8(c) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.451 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were in illegal possession of 21 Kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.
