Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESWARAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14916 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL MP(MD) No.11665 of 2022 effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
