The petitioner claiming to be a LCO with the respondents/ Arasu Cable TV Corporation has filed this writ petition in the year 2015 for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct an enquiry on his complaint dated 02.11.2015. 2.The complaint of this petitioner is that the fourth respondent, who was working as a collection agent in his office has obtained a separate license from the third respondent and also attempted to disturb the petitioner's possession. 3.The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition. 2/4

4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
