The petitioner has the benefit of patta, which was issued on 10.10.2020, in his name and in the name of his family members on 10.10.2020. The petitioner claims title on the basis of a sale deed, dated 04.10.1954. The petitioner had given a representation on 05.08.2021, seeking measurement and survey of the property and also fixing of boundary stones and necessary charges have also been paid in the concerned Treasury on the same day (ie. 05.08.2021). 2.Heard Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents also.

3.A direction is given to the first respondent/Tashildar, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District to take assistance of the second respondent/Head Surveyor and survey the lands in Patta No.4378, S.No.88/4A, out of 0.81.0 HA measuring 0.52 cents in Kaithiyankkottai Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District. The Tashildar may also examine whether there are any rival claimants and also enquire other family members of the petitioner's herein and thereafter, conduct the survey and mark the boundary stones. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.20766 of 2021 The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
