This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.474 of 2021, dated 18.10.2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.474 of 2021 and also filed a final report on 26.01.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and it is pending for taking cognizance.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
