ORDER

W.P.(MD).No.20064 of 2015 2.In view of the fact that the Correspondent of the College passed an order, the disputed facts are to be adjudicated with reference to the original documents and the evidences available on record. The said exercise cannot be done by the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Thus, the petitioner has to exhaust the remedies by approaching the competent authority, namely Director of Technical Education for redressal of his grievances at the first instance.
The disputed facts are to be adjudicated with reference to the documents and evidences and this apart, the petitioner has already reached the age of superannuation and therefore, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is bound to approach the first respondent for the purpose of adjucation of the issues, which are all raised in the present writ petition. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the first respondent for redressal of his grievances in the manner known to law. 3.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
