ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to permit the petitioner to upload the documents in their portal and accept the documents physically for the purpose of Certificate Verification and permit the petitioner to participate in the further recruitment process initiated by notification No. 35/2022, dated 09.12.2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard, Mr.B.Arun, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent and Mr.V.Panneer Selvam (R2, R3), learned Standing 2/5

Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents. Perused the materials on record.

4.(i).The petitioner made an application to the third respondent's notification No.35 of 2022, dated 09.12.2022 for the post of Junior Rehabilitation Officer, Subordinate Service through online. Subsequently, he appeared for the written examination on 01.04.2023 and the result was also published on 02.06.2023, in which, he has secured 253.5 marks. The petitioner was kept in 10th rank position under category of overall rank and 2nd rank position under category of communal.

(ii)When the petitioner tried to upload his documents pertaining to his qualification, in the portal of the second respondent, he was not able to upload the same. Hence, the writ petition came to be filed. 5.On written instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents submitted that all the required documents, which had been uploaded by the petitioner are in good condition and hence, it is not necessary for the petitioner to upload the documents any further. the experience of the petitioner has to be verified by the Expert Committee. Therefore, the necessity of the uploading of documents will not arise anymore. 5.Recording the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition stands disposed of.
