For Petitioner : Mr.T.Pon Ramkumar COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, to dispose of the applications in E.A.Nos.42 of 2020 and 3 of 2022 in E.A.No.49 of 2019 in E.P.No.9 of 2017 in O.S.No.537 of 2007.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court without going into the merits of the matter, may issue a direction to dispose of the E.A.Nos.42 of 2020 and 3 of 2022 in E.A.No.49 of 2019 in E.P.No.9 of 2017 in O.S.No.537 of 2007, within the period stipulated by this Court. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, to dispose of the 2/5

E.A.Nos.42 of 2020 and 3 of 2022 in E.A.No.49 of 2019 in E.P.No.9 of 2017 in O.S.No.537 of 2007, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
