ORDER

As early as on 09.07.2021, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the Respondent No.1 died and the matter was adjourned to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.1. However, as on date, no such steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.1. In view of the same, this writ petition stood abated on the death of the Respondent No.1.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. However, it is left open to the petitioner to file appropriate application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.1, if so advised.
