PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to approve the Secretaryship and change in the Constitution of School Committee of the Parvathi High School submitted under FORM-IV by considering the proposal dated 31.05.2017 and the reminder dated 16.08.2018.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the first respondent to approve the Secretaryship and change in the Constitution of School Committee of the Parvathi High School submitted under FORM-IV by considering the proposal dated 31.05.2017 and the reminder dated 16.08.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and2 .

W.P.(MD)No.21768 of 2018 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the respondent has passed the final order of rejection on 20.02.2020 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
