PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in T 73164, dated 07/02/2020 and the consequential impugned proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka. 855/A10/2021, dated 05/04/2021 insofar as it relates to the Serial No. 21(2) and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to grant incentive increment to the petitioner for acquiring M.Phil qualification within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The liberty sought for to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action is rejected. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive his request for incentive increment depending upon the order passed in W.A(MD)Nos. 1796, 1797 & 1798 of 2023.
