The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the seniority list of Assistant Engineers as on 03.03.2020 has been published. In view of the said position, no further adjudication needs to be entertained and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
