O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's husband was abducted and Crime No.520 of 2021 came to be registered on the file of the second respondent. Following the intervention of the second respondent, the petitioner's husband was also rescued. However, it appears that totally eight persons are involved in this case. Two of them were arrested and they were granted bail. Remaining six of them have got anticipatory bail. In this case, three cars are involved. One car has been recovered and remaining two cars are yet to be recovered.

3. From the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I find that the investigation is proceeding on the right lines. The second respondent is directed to conclude the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This criminal original petition is disposed on these terms.
