After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Writ Petition, but makes a plea that rights of writ petitioner to file a Writ Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.21198 of 2019 afresh on the same cause of action may please be preserved, if there is inaction on the part of the respondents.
