ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the writ petitioner dated 04.01.2024 and 11.02.2024 and subsequently conduct proper and further enquiry for the initiation of legal process as per law as against the respondents 3 to 5 forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The 2/4

writ petitioner is at liberty to invoke Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. or 200 Cr.P.C., if so advised. No costs.
