A memo has been filed on 13.08.2021 informing the Court that the sole petitioner had died on 08.03.2018 itself. No steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner. The matter is being continuously adjourned for the purpose of bringing on record the legal heirs. There is no representation by the learned counsel appearing for the deceased revision petitioner.

2.Considering the fact that the revision petitioner passed away as early as on 08.03.2018, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
