This Revision is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Pudukottai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2015 within a time frame.
2. Mr.
A.L.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2015 against the respondent for dissolution of the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent herein and the respondent has been taking adjournment repeatedly for filing counter, however, she has not yet filed counter.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the delay in disposal of the case causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioner.
4. Considering the above said submissions, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
