Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the Writ Appeal is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to adjudicate the issue before the authorities whatever monetary benefits i.e., pending for the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to the petitioner to adjudicate the issue before the concerned authorities.
