ORDER

The plaintiffs in O.S.No.147 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai are the revision petitioners herein. It is a suit for permanent injunction. In the said suit, I.A.No.686 of 2015 was filed, for amending the plaint. The said I.A., was dismissed by the Court below by order dated 29.03.2016. The correctness of the said order is challenged in this Civil Revision Petition.

2.The amendment in question has been sought to be made at the pre-trial stage. In view of this case liberal approach is warranted. Therefore, the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition is set aside and this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. 3.The respondents are at liberty to file an additional written statement. The suit is of the year 2014. The learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai, is directed to dispose of the main suit itself within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
