ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file final report 1/4

in Crime No.93 of 2023 on the file of respondent police within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by one Vasantha Kumari, FIR came to be registered in Crime No. 93 of 2023 on 07.03.2023 against two named persons including the petitioner for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 387, 511 and 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that they have already examined six witnesses and seeks one month time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
