Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The fifth respondent herein had filed W.P.(MD) No.18807 of 2015. This Court vide order dated 14.10.2015 directed the Tahsildar, Palani to consider his representation. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is none other than the brother of the fifth respondent. The case of the petitioner is that he must be heard when the fifth respondent's application is being enquired into.

3. The stand of the fourth respondent is that the land is actually a temple poramboke.

4. The third respondent will hear the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent while enquiring into the application of the fifth respondent. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
