ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned order dated 22.10.2018 passed by the second respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to enter the name of Veerachinnammal Temple instead of Temple in all revenue records in Survey No.130/1 which is situated at Kanamjapatty, Vembakkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to substitute themselves on behalf of the 2/4
