ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the decreetal order dated 21.03.2016 in E.P.No.101 of 2013 in O.S.No.178 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and set aside the same.

2. Today (12.06.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed a memo stating that this petition becomes infructuous. The terms of the Memo reads as follows:

It is respectfully submit that the above civil revision petition has been filed as against the arrest E.P.No.101/2023 against the first respondent and since, the first respondent passed away, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and this Memo has been filed praying this Hon'ble Court to dismiss 2/4

the above CRP on that ground that it has become infructuous and to the said effect, this Memo has been filed.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
